HD Videos

What free program can I use to export HD videos? This is killing me D: D:

You can actually use WMM. :) You just have to make sure that the original video is HD to start with. I don't remember exactly how to do it,but I'm sure someone else will elaborate for you. ^^

Really? I've been using WMM and some of my original videos are HD, but it never comes out HD o.o

You have to set certain settings for it,and I'm drawing a blank on said settings. DX
